Xuan Tong, born in 1984, holds a Master's degree from the French National Civil Aviation University. Since taking on the role of General Manager of the Intelligent Aviation Business Unit at VariFlight in 2012, he has been fully responsible for the overall operation and strategic planning of the BU.
Under the exceptional leadership of Mr. Xuan, the team has achieved remarkable accomplishments. Leveraging his keen market insight and precise strategic planning, he has guided the team in deeply engaging in multiple system design and R&D projects in the fields of civil and general aviation. Focusing on A-CDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making) and GMAN(Ground Operation Management System), the team has successfully established a digital application ecosystem for civil aviation, covering nearly 100 airports across China, with a coverage rate of 60% among mainland airports. In the process, the team has overcome numerous technical challenges and obtained several national patents, significantly enhancing the company's technological prowess and industry competitiveness.
Furthermore, Mr. Xuan has actively participated in the drafting of national industry standards, like Technical specifications for airport collaborative decision making system, taking on industry responsibilities. Drawing upon his extensive practical experience and professional expertise, he has provided valuable insights for the standardized development of the industry, further strengthening the company's influence and authority within the sector.
